Your chill experience begins the moment you walk through our door. You will be greeted and escorted to our private locker room to slip into a luxurious robe. Once you’ve changed, head into the chill zone to relax by the fireplace before your treatments begin. You also may enjoy the steam room before or after your treatments. When your session is through stay as long as you’d like... after all it is your time. Finish up where you started in our locker room using any of our complimentary products. Feel free to come back and be our guest anytime, we’d love to have you.

chill etiquette & information

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment. This will allow enough time to check in, change into your robe, and relax in our chill zone.


• Dressing for your treatments is your choice. Some services are best received fully undressed. Disposable garments are always available. We supply a chill robe & sandals for your comfort.


• The best treatments come from open communication with your therapist. Let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention to a specific area.


• Spa services are appropriate for guests 16 years and older. Guests under the age of 16 are welcome to receive a spa service accompanied by a parent or guardian.


• Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their doctor before booking spa services. Please advise us of any allergies so that we may use the appropriate products for your treatment.


• For your relaxation please turn off all cell phones & pagers before entering chill.


• All gratuities are at the guest's discretion and are appreciated by the staff for outstanding service. Gratuities generally range from 15% - 20% of the price of the service. Small envelopes are available at the reception desk for all gratuities.


• As a courtesy to our staff, please give a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge.
