Crissy McQuade
founder. director. creator

Crissy started in the beauty business in 1989, but her love for fashion, beauty and accessories began as a young girl. In the summers she would visit her Aunt Henni and Uncle John, Henni owned a chain of shoe stores, Shoes Plus in NJ and Crissy loved going to work with her and helping her in the stores. What girl doesn't love shoes and accessories? By sixteen she became a self taught nail technician doing all of her girlfriend's nails pre prom. Watching her parents work hard and create their own businesses was the best education for her (Lee's Martial Arts and Jeff Canter's Car World). By the time she was twenty years old she received her cosmetology license and began making a name for herself as a hair stylist.

In March 1997 Crissy bought the properties at 1224 Hanover Street as a single mother with the hopes of providing her daughter and herself with a bright future. She built her salon and lived right next door with Sawyer.

Caitlin Sullivan
Spa Manager. Licensed Esthetician

Caitlin received her education at the Institute of Skin Science in Rye, NH. When Crissy met Caitlin as an esthetics student she instantly knew she needed to work with her and that she would be perfect for Chill!  Caitlin has been working with Crissy from the very beginning when Chill was just a dream. She has helped Crissy build Chill from the ground up. Caitlin provides Chill with an enormous amount of positivity and kindness.She stays on top of the latest industry trends by attending seminars in places such as Las Vegas, Miami, Boston and New York City.  She is a devout user of MD Formulations and cannot live without her LaLicious Coconut Creme Sugar Scrub. Forget coffee, Caitlin LOVES her Vemma Verve!! 

Jaime Bilek
Clinical Esthetician

Jaime's positive attitude is always a mood booster for anyone!! She loves building one on one client relationships and she is great at making everyone feel so comfortable. Jaime is known as our "waxing queen". She has been in the industry since 2006. Jaime is result driven whether it’s treating acne or restoring your natural, youthful glow. She will guide you in the direction of the most effective skin care regimen for you. She recently became the mother of the most precious little boy!!!!

Katie Wantuck
Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Nail Technician

Katie has been active in the spa industry for over ten years. She is a graduate of the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy and the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. Katie has been with Chill since 2007. She is currently working full time for the NH Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics, but loves every opportunity to perform skin care and nail care treatments at Chill. Whether it's polishing toes to perfection or applying flawless wedding day make up, Katie and Chill provide for the ultimate spa experience. Katie adores treatments and products that give her a bronzed glow year round like Bare Minerals Warmth, and of course the Chill in the Sun Spray tan. Katie's greatest joys are her husband Steve and their baby girl Stella.

Emily White
Licensed Esthetician

Emily is the newest addition to our esthetics team. She studied advanced skincare at the Institute of Skin Science in Rye, NH. With her love of makeup and skincare came her desire to pursue a career as an esthetician. Between facials and spray tanning, Emily can give you an amazing glow. She is a lover of Yon-Ka skincare and Scott Barnes’ Body Bling!!  

April Morin
Licensed Nail Technician

April graduated from Laird’s Institute of Spa Therapy with the highest honors in her class. April loves Nail Art and expanding her skills. She loves staying on top of the latest nail trends, including the Chill Perfect 10 Shellac Manicure. April is very knowledgable in our Footlogix pediceuticals line of foot care.

Carleen Peetz
Licensed Nail Technician

Carleen has been in the cosmetology industry since 1987. She has been working in hair and skin care sales for about sixteen years. She loves to be able to improve the health and well-being of a customer's hands, feet, and self through relaxing manicures and pedicures. She keeps her hair, skin, and body cleansed and refreshed with products such as MD Formulations Facial Cleanser, Pureology, and ME Bath Summer Rain body wash.  

Erin Sullivan
Nail Technician-Apprentice

Erin began working for Chill as our Front-desk Coordinator. Through spending time in the spa and seeing what Chill was all about she decided to become a Nail Technician. She is currently apprenticing under Crissy. Some of her favorite products include SpaRitual nail polishes and LaLicious Island Guava Body Butter. When you meet Erin you can't help but smile; her energy is infectious!!!! ... You may mistake her for her big sister Caitlin!! :) :) :)     

Faith Fox
Licensed Massage Therapist

Faith is skilled in a variety of massages; Deep Tissue being her speciality. She graduated from  North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH. She began working at Chill in October 2007, one of her first clients was Ty from Extreme Home Makeover. Faith's favorite products include RareMinerals, BareMineral Makeup and OkaB sandals. 

Melissa Famiglietti
Licensed Massage Therapist

Melissa graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH and has been licensed since 2006. She has been working for Chill since 2007. Melissa’s specialty is our fabulous Swedish massage. With the touch of her hands and her kind, gentle personality she will leave any client relaxed and rejuvenated. She swears by the LaLicious Tahitian Flower sugar scrub for the body and loves Moroccan Oil for her hair! 

Terisa “Teri” Sliney
Licensed Massage Therapist

Terisa pursued a career as a massage therapist through her love for helping people relieve their stress. She loves how good massage is for people's mind, body, and spirit. Terisa is great for creating a custom program to meet everyone's stress relieving needs! She is very Au Natural and that is why she loves her Rare Minerals skincare.
